(March 11, 2008) Ulanguzi Creative Strategies is pleased to announce its receipt of eight 2008 ADDY Awards, presented by the Raleigh-Durham chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF). The theme of this year's celebration focused on The Evolution of Advertising, especially recognizing that thriving agencies constantly inventing ways to reach customers through the integration of new and traditional media.
Friday, February 29th proved to be a monumental night for Ulanguzi. The firm took home three Gold and four Silver awards, plus a coveted Interactive Best in Show. The Gold awards were presented to the agency for its work with real estate development company, Soleil Group, on a mixed media campaign, direct marketing mail campaign, and flash Web site for Soleil Center (www.soleilcenter.com). Ulanguzi was also recognized with ADDY Silver awards for collateral material for Soleil Center; a direct marketing mail campaign for West Condominiums; an interactive media HTML Web site for Bloomsbury Estates (www.bloomsburyestates.com); and an advertising industry self-promotion piece for Ulanguzi's Holiday Promotion, "Gluskonba and the Four Wishes" (www.ulanguzi.com/gluskonba).
Ulanguzi's Interactive Best in Show was presented for the agency's Soleil Center web site, www.soleilcenter.com. The Interactive Best in Show ADDY recognizes Ulanguzi's expertise in developing engaging web sites and bringing together strategy, branding/collateral, online/digital, direct marketing, and traditional advertising, as well as focusing on the connections between these media and offering clients the ability to reach out full-circle with their messages.
